Reservations can be made at any time, even the day of your arrival.

Upon arriving at the lot, you will place the receipt on the front driver's side dashboard for proper verification by 717 staff.

You can cancel up to 48 hours before your departure date. Upon cancellation, you will only be charged for one day plus the processing fee. We apologize that we cannot provide any refund for cancellations within 48 hours of your departure date.

Cancellation must be in writing to info@717parking.com to cancel your reservation. If it within the guidelines listed above your reservation will be canceled accordingly. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your request. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund.

After we provide you a credit it usually takes up to 7 days but may take as much as 30 days to show on your statement, depending on your financial institutions' policies.

The best way to book your reservation with 717 parking is online. This will guarantee your spot at one of our lots. To book your reservation click here! After you book your online parking reservation, print out the confirmation sheet you receive and bring that to your lot of choice. On the bottom of the sheet our shuttle bus number is provided. When you arrive to the parking lot place the printed out confirmation page in the dashboard of your vehicle, take your belongings, and lock your car. Call the shuttle number on the bottom of the page, and our shuttle will be there within 10 minutes. When coming back from your trip, whether that be a cruise or a flight. Give that number on your confirmation sheet a call when you've gathered your bags in baggage claim or are walking off of the cruise ship and we will have the shuttle to you promptly.
